Πρωτοπόρος δασκάλα χορού και ρυθμικής στην Ελλάδα.  Το 1937 ίδρυσε την πρώτη επαγγελματική Σχολή Χορού που κατάρτιζε δασκάλους χορού, σύμφωνα με ένα πλήρες πρόγραμμα πρακτικών και θεωρητικών μαθημάτων. Το 1973 παραχώρησε τη σχολή στο κράτος και έτσι δημιουργήθηκε η Κρατική Σχολή Ορχηστικής Τέχνης.

ΙΣΤΟΡΙΑ ΤΩΝ ΧΡΟΝΩΝ ΜΟΥ, Η ΖΟΥΖΟΥ ΝΙΚΟΛΟΥΔΗ 1951
Η χορογράφος ΖΟΥΖΟΥ ΝΙΚΟΛΟΥΔΗ στο πλαίσιο της εκπομπής «Η ΙΣΤΟΡΙΑ ΤΩΝ ΧΡΟΝΩΝ ΜΟΥ» αφηγείται προσωπικές μνήμες από το 1951, χρονιά δύσκολη για την ανασυγκρότηση της μετεμφυλιακής Ελλάδας. Η έναρξη της δεκαετίας αυτής συμπίπτει με το ξεκίνημα μιας γόνιμης προσωπικής πορείας για τη Ζ. ΝΙΚΟΛΟΥΔΗ, καθώς, αφού έχει ήδη δημιουργήσει την οικογένειά της, συναντά την ΚΟΥΛΑ ΠΡΑΤΣΙΚΑ, η οποία θα την παροτρύνει να ασχοληθεί επαγγελματικά με τον χορό. Η συνεργασία που θα αναπτύξουν θα ανοίξει νέους ορίζοντες στην έρευνα για την αρχαιοελληνική όρχηση και θα οδηγήσει στην ενσωμάτωση στοιχείων της ελληνικής παράδοσης στις χορογραφίες της σε παραστάσεις αρχαίου δράματος. Στην εκπομπή περιλαμβάνονται πλάνα από τη συνεργασία της Ζ. ΝΙΚΟΛΟΥΔΗ με το Θέατρο Τέχνης ως χορογράφου στην περίφημη παράσταση «Όρνιθες», καθώς και πλάνα από την παράσταση «Χορικά», η οποία αποτυπώνει σε μεγάλο βαθμό το καλλιτεχνικό όραμα της μεγάλης Ελληνίδας χορογράφου.

Σε αυτό το επεισόδιο της σειράς ντοκιμαντέρ ΠΑΡΑΣΚΗΝΙΟ παρουσιάζεται ένα αφιέρωμα στην ελληνίδα χορογράφο και χορεύτρια ΡΑΛΛΟΥ ΜΑΝΟΥ. Γίνεται μια σύντομη βιογραφική αναφορά στην καταγωγή και ειδικότερα στις σπουδές της ΡΑΛΛΟΥΣ ΜΑΝΟΥ στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό, ενώ παράλληλα προβάλλονται φωτογραφίες από την παιδική της ηλικία. Συνεργάτες και συνάδελφοι της ΡΑΛΛΟΥΣ ΜΑΝΟΥ, όπως ο χορογράφος ΑΝΔΡΕΑΣ ΠΕΡΗΣ και η ΑΛΙΚΗ ΠΑΠΑΛΗΓΟΥΡΑ μιλούν για τη μαθητεία της στη σχολή της ΚΟΥΛΑΣ ΠΡΑΤΣΙΚΑ και αργότερα την ενασχόλησή της με τη διδασκαλία χορού εκεί. Γίνεται επίσης αναφορά στη φοίτηση της ΡΑΛΛΟΥΣ ΜΑΝΟΥ στη σχολή της ΜΑΡΘΑΣ ΓΚΡΑΧΑΜ στη Νέα Υόρκη. Η αφήγηση συνεχίζει με την ίδρυση του Ελληνικού Χοροδράματος το 1951. Παρουσιάζονται αναλυτικά οι παραστάσεις που σχεδίασε και παρουσίασε η ΡΑΛΛΟΥ ΜΑΝΟΥ σε συνεργασία με σημαντικούς καλλιτέχνες της εποχής όπως οι: ΜΑΝΟΣ ΧΑΤΖΙΔΑΚΙΣ, ΣΠΥΡΟΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΥ, ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΜΟΡΑΛΗΣ, ΝΙΚΟΣ ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΟΣ ΓΚΙΚΑΣ, ΜΙΚΗΣ ΘΕΟΔΩΡΑΚΗΣ, ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΞΕΝΑΚΗΣ και ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ ΚΟΥΡΟΥΠΟΣ. Παρεμβάλλονται πλάνα από αποσπάσματα των παραστάσεων Μαρσύας, Το καταραμένο φίδι, Έξι λαϊκές ζωγραφιές, Φθινοπωρινή γη, Μορφές μιας γυναίκας, Ερημιά, Μήδεια, Πιθοπρακτά, Ορέστης και Οιδίποδας άνθρωπος. Η κόρη της, ΣΟΦΙΑ ΜΥΛΩΝΑ, μιλάει για το έργο και τη σημασία του Ελληνικού χοροδράματος της ΡΑΛΛΟΥΣ ΜΑΝΟΥ, αλλά και ο κριτικός και ιστορικός χορού, ΑΝΔΡΕΑΣ ΡΙΚΑΚΗΣ, εξηγεί την ευχάριστη έκπληξη που προκάλεσε η συμβολή της αυτή στα καλλιτεχνικά δρώμενα της χώρας και επιμένει στη σημασία της συνεργασίας όλων των διακεκριμένων καλλιτεχνών που βοήθησαν και πλαισίωσαν το έργο της. Κατά τη διάρκεια του επεισοδίου, παρουσιάζονται αποσπάσματα από παλαιότερη συνέντευξη της ΡΑΛΛΟΥΣ ΜΑΝΟΥ, αλλά και καλλιτεχνών όπως ο ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΜΟΡΑΛΗΣ, ο ΝΙΚΟΣ ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΟΣ ΓΚΙΚΑΣ και ο ΣΠΥΡΟΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΥ. Επίσης προβάλλονται αποσπάσματα από παλαιότερες και σύγχρονες παραστάσεις των έργων της, αλλά και από πρόβες. Ενδιαφέρον παρουσιάζει το απόσπασμα ερασιτεχνικής λήψης από το χορόδραμα Το τραγούδι του νεκρού αδελφού βασισμένο στο ομώνυμο μουσικό έργο του ΜΙΚΗ ΘΕΟΔΩΡΑΚΗ.

Maya Mikhaylovna Plisetskaya (Russian: Ма́йя Миха́йловна Плисе́цкая), born November 20, 1925 is a Russian ballet dancer, frequently cited as one of the greatest ballerinas of the 20th century. Plisetskaya danced during the Soviet era at the same time as the great Galina Ulanova, and took over from her as prima ballerina assoluta of the Bolshoi in 1960.

Rudolf Khametovich Nureyev (Bashkir: Рудольф Хәмит улы Нуриев, Tatar: Рудольф Хәмит улы Нуриев, Russian: Рудо́льф Хаме́тович Нуре́ев) (17 March 1938 – 6 January 1993) was a dancer of ballet and modern dance, one of the most celebrated of the 20th century. Nureyev’s artistic skills explored expressive areas of the dance, providing a new role to the male ballet dancer who once served only as support to the women.Originally a Soviet citizen, Nureyev defected to the West in 1961, despite KGB efforts to stop him.[1] According to KGB archives studied by Peter Watson, Nikita Khrushchev personally signed an order to have Nureyev killed.

Mikhail Nikolaevich Baryshnikov (Russian: Михаи́л Никола́евич Бары́шников; born January 27, 1948[1]), nicknamed “Misha” (Russian short version of the name “Mikhail”), is a Russian dancer, choreographer, and actor, often cited alongside Vaslav Nijinsky and Rudolf Nureyev as one of the greatest ballet dancers in history. After a promising start in the Kirov Ballet in Leningrad, he defected to Canada in 1974 for more opportunities in western dance. After freelancing with many companies, he joined the New York City Ballet as a principal dancer to learn George Balanchine‘s style of movement. He then danced with the American Ballet Theatre, where he later became artistic director.

Martha Graham (May 11, 1894 – April 1, 1991) was an American modern dancer and choreographer whose influence on dance has been compared with the influence Picasso had on the modern visual arts,[1][2] Stravinsky had on music, or Frank Lloyd Wright had on architecture.[3]
She danced and choreographed for over seventy years. Graham was the first dancer ever to perform at the White House, travel abroad as a cultural ambassador, and receive the highest civilian award of the USA: the Presidential Medal of Freedom. In her lifetime she received honors ranging from the Key to the City of Paris to Japan’s Imperial Order of the Precious Crown. She said, in the 1994 documentary “The Dancer Revealed”, “I have spent all my life with dance and being a dancer. It’s permitting life to use you in a very intense way. Sometimes it is not pleasant. Sometimes it is fearful. But nevertheless it is inevitable.”
